The ArchiMate® Enterprise Architecture Modeling Language
ArchiMate®, an enterprise architecture modeling language, offers a structured way to depict, examine, and illustrate the interconnections between various business sectors within a company. In this demo, we are presenting just a portion of the ArchiMate language. More precisely, it's the Business Layer, one of the language's three distinct layers, alongside the Application and Technology Layers. This layer focuses on outlining the organizational framework of a company, detailing its business divisions and their collaborative interactions.
Add new elements by right-clicking on the canvas and selecting the element type from the context menu. To connect two elements, drag the connection icon for an explicit connection, or place one element onto a container for an implicit connection. You can switch between implicit and explicit connections by embedding or unembedding elements into or from containers. Furthermore, right-clicking on an element opens the context menu, allowing you to change the element's visual appearance, delete it, or resize the container.
